- YYYaknisterNov 22, 20245.0People over there are amazing to work with! Had two separate incidents that’s not even our fault. Lowe’s staff broke our rear window by loading materials. They took responsibility for it and would pay for it. Another one was a hit and run in the parking lot by someone unknown. Had no choice but use my own insurance to file claim on it to get it repaired. After dealing with glass shop in okc metro getting several quotes and then collision shop for the hit run. Out of all visits and collecting quotes. El Reno Gerber & collision took the time and listened, showed compassion, assured us it’ll be taken care of. Was given estimated completion would take around 3 weeks for both repairs and dealing with two different insurances. They went above and beyond with their services and was able to get the repairs done in 2 weeks instead of 3. Felt like I got a brand truck all over again. I’d send my family and friends to this shop if they needed help. Thank you! 😉❤️
