  I went in for an oil change and tire rotation at the end of February to prepare for a long trip. They suggested I do a radiator fluid replacement, which was not in my budget, but since I had about 100k miles on my jeep, I thought not a bad idea. Two days later and one day prior to my trip, my engine starts overheating like crazy. I’m panicking, bc I am supposed to be driving to NE for this trip and this came up last minute. Turns out there was a simple solution! They hadn’t refilled the coolant that they had “replaced”. Simple oversight, but I wanted to warn all people who go to this place to double check their fluid top offs and not trust that it’s actually been done or that you got what you paid for. Could save costly engine damages in the future.. Other than that, the rest of my services were great, and the techs were nice, and the price was reasonable. Had that not happened, I would have probably given 5 stars.

  A few months ago I went to do an oil change, my car marked that the oil was still bad but I asked the staff of this location and they told me that it was a fault of my car 2 months later my car began to mark that I had to do an urgent oil change I went to another location that was not Valvoline and they told me that my car had no oil, this is an experience that happened to me and also that there has been a lot of talk about stealing from Valvoline

  I was out of oil and on my way to an event when I realized it. So I drove in here slightly panicked. They got me right in, navigated my old trucks sticky hood and took great care of me. The entire staff worked well together, was friendly and treated me like more than just a number. My truck and I were looked after well and on time to our event. Thanks yall!
