  Went there today to try this car wash out and was told about a promotion where you buy the best wash and get a free 30 day trial of unlimited washes. That is probably perfect but I canceled the subscription same day as I went through 3 times to try to get the bugs off the front of my truck, each time the staff was very accommodating in letting me back in but never once scrubbed the bugs or sprayed any pretreatment. After 3 washes it still looked terrible so I just decided to cancel the 30 day trial because I won’t go back here again. I may have just got them on a bad day but most car washes will do something about the bugs on the front as long as you mention them.

  It’s a convenient location and I appreciate the free vacuums and detail towels. However, this location never gives as good of a wash as other locations. The tire foam rarely works and I’ve been leaving the last few times with soap still on the back of my car, in my mirrors, and all underneath in the wheel wells. I even went through twice today, same issue.

  I am giving five stars because of Sarah. She is super beautiful and even more helpful even more amazing. She is the reason why I signed up for the membership today and I know that may sound weird but it’s true. I will from now on get my car washes here because of Sarah. I’ve come to this car wash 2 times and no one has ever asked if I wanted to get a membership or let me know about the promotions but Sarah she knew about everything and helped me get everything set up she even came out to my car after I got it washed to make sure my car looked the way I wanted it to. Sarah is amazing. She gives manager vibes! 😌😁❤️

  My car is only two years old. They didn’t even do a legit investigation/inspection and within a couple hours of the claim they said they couldn’t have caused the paint damage with their equipment for a car wash. The guy I spoke with said they probably hadn’t had event looked at it (after 3 days) and then told me he will let someone know about it. Then within a couple of hours I was notified that they won’t hold themselves reliable for paint damage. My car was perfectly fine before I went through. Now I have paint missing. Explain that then. If you want paint damage then go see them. I asked them if I could see the video they say that they have, and have not been sent that either. “Maybe your paint was just thin” was a comment I received from them. That’s ridiculous and even if the manufacturer did have a thin coat, your equipment still damaged my vehicle.

  This place was great I’ve never taken my car through a car wash before so Jace helped me get in straight and came to check on me at the vacuums, He was very helpful and very polite. Desiree was also a sweetheart at the window. I will be coming back!
