  This review is entirely unsolicited. I offered to submit this and Zack graciously accepted. I was at their location two days ago for a separation of quarter panel from main body of vehicle. I told Zack that his shop worked on another one of my vehicles before within the last year and that they did great work. I told him that is why I was returning as a customer. Zack evaluated the vehicle from the underside. He then went in the shop and asked Nate to come out and look at it. Nate evaluated it quickly and told me he could fix it within just a minute or two. He went back inside the shop, got a tool, and returned to the parking lot and proceeded to fix the panel in about two minutes time. Zack was present during the entire time. In all, it took about five minutes for everything. I asked Zack how much he wanted for the work and he refused any type of payment. He even refused for me to buy Nate and Zack lunch. I can't say enough about this as they took care of me and didn't ask or any payment. But I know that in the future should I have any minor or major work to be completed I will seek out this business and trust that any quote I get will be an honest quote; I therefore won't be needing to shop around for a bigger better deal because I know the quote I get from these fellows will be a fair and honest quote.   Ah, well a body shop that does as it says, delivers and in a very professional and timely manner. Excellent turnaround time! Staff are excellent! So much was the experience, I dropped off my other vehicle for hail damage repair. Can't say enough very, very good things. Only this... If you are in Edmond, OK and you require vehicle repair - Just go here! Gerber, here at this location, lives up to it's 4.6/5.0 reviews. You understand why after your experience. Very pleased with the work, everything was just done right...the first time. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and goes out of their way, with your Insurance company if needed, to ensure the Job is done right! Sorry, rambling now.. but just go here!!

  I am hoping you don't have a fender bender or need collision assistance, but if you do, Gerber Collision on 2nd Street in Edmond is the place to go!

  I used them through an insurance claim, which to be honest made me really nervous! But they were honestly the most easy going and helpful team. Even when my reservation was misplaced for a brief moment(they had been purchased and were going through a transition), the woman on the phone made me feel as though she was going to figure out a way to make sure I was going to be taken care of and she did! The guys on staff were also informative and made me feel at ease that my car would be in good hands. I got it back and it looks good as new! 10/10 would recommend!
