  First of all, Robert (I think that's his name: bald with glasses) is the definition of quality customer service. You lose him, and you have lost your best employee. He set expectations for everyone that walked in, and made sure you weren't left in the dark. I didn't have a great experience with one of your employees at that location, but Robert stepped in and made it right. Give him a raise, promote him, whatever you have to do to keep him.

  After having a rough day after an accident, Burch and his kind professionalism turned the negative day into such a positive. Very fast and efficient customer service from someone who has a kind heart. Definitely made me feel like I was a valued customer! Thanks again!

  Will never recommend this location to anyone. Lack of competence from the staff and zero concern for customers. Missed an event due to their lack of providing the confirmed vehicle from our groups reservation. Thanks a lot, Enterpise!

  The young men at each end of the experience were cordial, welcoming and highly professional. Although the vehicle was not identical to what the website offered, that was more than atoned for by its being a brand-new car with fewer than 1,000 miles on it. The price was as advertised, so we were well-pleased by the experience as a whole.

  I hate leaving a negative review because we have actually used Enterprise in Edmond several times in the past and never had an issue. Unfortunately, our experience today was frustrating enough that I felt it was worth mentioning. When I arrived there were four customers waiting and four employees in the office, but only one person was helping anyone. I waited close to 30 minutes without even a greeting or acknowledgment. At one point an employee walked right up to the counter where I was standing and didn’t say a word, not even a quick “I’ll be right with you.” When they finally got to me, I was told they could not get me into a rental car until Tuesday, and it was only Friday. Because of that I ended up going to another rental car location in Edmond and was helped immediately and in a vehicle within minutes. Again, we have had decent experiences with Enterprise before, but today’s lack of communication and long wait time made for a pretty disappointing visit. Hopefully this was just an off day and the service improves.
