  I’m a big fan of this location. Stephon is prompt, courteous and helpful. I’ve used them several times for work travel and plan to do so in the future.

  We reserved a Luxury model vehicle for well over $100 per day and waited 2 days for it and was assured after making one trip to the office that it would be there the next day. We arrived the next day and was given the choice of a Nissan Versa or a Ford Escape and was still overcharged at $71. per day. I went online and a Nissan Versa or equivalent (what we were offered - Escape - compact car) was only $52.00 per day. I am highly upset with this location & the promise made vs what we were forced to take. Will NOT go back!!! Will be contacting Corporste office as well.

  Do not reserve a car online. I reserved a car from the (many) available options listed online 5 days before I needed it, after the collision center next door recommended I book with this location. I received a confirmation email, but when the pickup day came around they told me they had no reservation under my confirmation number. It had been cancelled at some point and I was never informed, not by email or phone call. They had nothing available as it was the same day, but they told me the other Edmond location had availability. I reserved with that location online, as I also saw availability, and then called their listed number to confirm that I was confirmed. The person I talked to said yes, but then after hanging up I was immediately called by the real store manager at that location who told me they had nothing available. I ended up having to go to the airport to find something that day, and it was not with Enterprise. You cannot trust their site to be consistent with their inventory, nor for them to communicate changes about your reservation.

  Top notch service!! The entire team here is great. They have a great selection of new vehicles. The office is nice and clean and the employees are the best! Really helped my family out when we needed a car after an accident.
