Not only that they checked how I was doing when wiping my car off and gave me a free air freshener.

It's been a long time since I've seen an automated car wash that actually cleaned your car. I'm very happy with the service. I'm very happy with the employees and I'm extremely happy to wash itself. I also want to mention that I really like the fact you have a mat washing area that's nice to see.
- NAN AJan 22, 20261.0Knocking on my window and scaring my 4 year old as well as myself is unacceptable. If your employees don’t have anything better to do than ask people if they are going to wash your car, then maybe they could be required to pick up some of the trash and bandaids around the parking lot. Or perhaps add some towels into the clean part of the towel bin, because I had to walk two spots away to even find one. So being scared over something like that when there is plenty to do is ridiculous. It also says “Free Vacuums” so they aren’t really free if the employee is going to harass you over using them.
