This review is entirely unsolicited. I offered to submit this and Zack graciously accepted. I was at their location two days ago for a separation of quarter panel from main body of vehicle. I told Zack that his shop worked on another one of my vehicles before within the last year and that they did great work. I told him that is why I was returning as a customer. Zack evaluated the vehicle from the underside. He then went in the shop and asked Nate to come out and look at it. Nate evaluated it quickly and told me he could fix it within just a minute or two. He went back inside the shop, got a tool, and returned to the parking lot and proceeded to fix the panel in about two minutes time. Zack was present during the entire time. In all, it took about five minutes for everything. I asked Zack how much he wanted for the work and he refused any type of payment. He even refused for me to buy Nate and Zack lunch. I can't say enough about this as they took care of me and didn't ask or any payment. But I know that in the future should I have any minor or major work to be completed I will seek out this business and trust that any quote I get will be an honest quote; I therefore won't be needing to shop around for a bigger better deal because I know the quote I get from these fellows will be a fair and honest quote.
Thanks Zack and thanks Nate.

My car was totaled in an accident recently. The car was impounded and had to be towed to Gerber Collision in Edmond. They helped us to get the car released to them and to do an appraisal of the damage and report that to our insurance company so we could get another vehicle. We will be using them again but hopefully not for the same situation. We will be restoring our old truck.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Work & New Damage to My Car
I’ve used Gerber Collision on Memorial twice. The first time was fine, which is why I returned—but this time was a complete disaster.
I brought in my car after a minor accident (covered by the other driver’s insurance). The repairs were originally supposed to take 3 days. It ended up taking nearly two weeks, and when I finally picked up my vehicle, I was shocked by what I saw.
The original repairs weren’t even done properly—parts were misaligned, a trim piece was dented and hanging off, and staff on-site admitted the work was substandard.
Even worse, new damage had appeared on the front of my vehicle that was not there when I dropped it off. The bumper was sticking out, the grille was shoved inward, and the area around the Buick emblem had clearly been crushed. I immediately pointed this out, but instead of owning up to the damage, the shop manager tried to minimize the issue by saying someone “may have leaned on it” or that it could’ve happened with a “pressure washer.” Seriously?
I was promised follow-up. I was told they would look into it. No one followed up, no report was provided, and I was eventually told my car was “ready” with no mention of whether the additional damage had been fixed (it wasn’t). The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable.
Let me be clear: my car was damaged while in Gerber’s care, and they are refusing to take responsibility. I’m now in the process of escalating this.
I’m sharing this review not just to warn others—but to give Gerber a final opportunity to make this right. You know what happened. You admitted the work was poor. Step up and fix the damage.
