  If I could give Gerber Collision zero stars, I would. This was hands down the most infuriating, disrespectful, and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with any business. I trusted them with my car, and instead of fixing it properly, they caused around $3,000 worth of damage to my clear coat and paint. What made it even worse was their response afterward: absolutely no accountability, no sense of responsibility, and no effort to resolve the issue and no willingness to help. I was completely left to deal with the damage on my own. When I went back to address the issue, the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive. I was talked down to, brushed off, and treated like an inconvenience for simply asking them to fix the problem they created. Conversations were cut short, questions were ignored, and the explanations constantly changed. Management repeatedly talked over me and walked away in the middle of conversations. The attitude alone made it clear they had no interest in resolving anything. There was no professionalism, no respect, and no effort to make things right. The way this location treats customers is unacceptable. Being rude, dismissive, and unwilling to stand behind their work. Being left with thousands of dollars in damage and no solution says everything you need to know about how this place operates. I strongly recommend never taking your car here. I genuinely regret trusting them with my vehicle. If you care about your car, your time, or your sanity, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

  After needing collision repair on my BMW, I chose a BMW-certified shop and I’m glad I did. The staff was knowledgeable, kept me informed throughout the process, and delivered quality work that reflects BMW standards. The fit, finish, and overall repair were done right, and my vehicle was returned in excellent condition. It’s clear they care about doing the job correctly, not just quickly. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to other BMW owners.

  The repair work was completed properly and I have no complaints. However, they left the interior of my car a mess! There is white powder or powder like substance covering the entire back seat and continues into the front driver side. It’s going to have to have a complete detail inside! I called the individual that assisted me in my repairs just to let them know the condition of my interior…he made every excuse possible…as if it was my fault they returned my car to me in that condition…he said he personally inspected my vehicle…if he did inspect and felt he could leave it in this condition…I’m not sure he should be inspecting anything!!
