I was dealing with an insurance claim, and everyone was very helpful very respectful And just super nice. They were very patient even though I had a lot of questions they helped me out when I needed it. They brought me to and from my pick up place. The only thing that I really don’t like is the fact that enterprise charges you extra for all the tolls you go through I really wish I was told that because it is Like six or seven extra dollars that they charge you on top of the toll, but everyone was very professional. I think her name was Adriana or Ariana and she was very nice and brought me back to the collision place. I needed to be able to pick up my car. She was very friendly and I was grateful that she helped me out as well.

We have a 4 month old, and they were all super accommodating with pick up times and drop off times. So pleasant on the phone and in person. I highly recommend this place. They are busy for a reason! Robert and James were awesome. James was so nice and helpful on the phone and Robert made our trip in and out of picking up and dropping off our SUV so easy. Having a 4 month old makes everything more difficult, and they made it as easy as it could be. Highly recommend! Good staff and I'm assuming good management too.

A few days before the rental should have been picked up, I received a confirmation email. The day before I should have been able to pick up the rental, they called to let me know they have no mini vans and can do nothing for me. They didn’t offer to call another location or anything. Additionally, when I drove by the location earlier, there were three mini vans in the parking lot. It’s possible those were not drivable, but it’s the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Merry Christmas.

I tried renting a car for today (Tuesday), and they did not have anything and by 1PM were booking for Friday. At this point, unless you want to pick up a car at the airport, you are very unlikely to get anything from the location at 3700 S. Broadway in Edmond.
