I had reserved a van with another company but they could not guarantee that I would receive a van and they wouldn't know until the morning of my rental pickup. I was so frustrated because I had been planning my trip since February and this was an unexpected hiccup. I spoke with Robert at Enterprise on Monday and asked if he would have a van available on Wednesday. He stated that he expected a van to be returned on that day and promised to call me the first thing Tuesday morning if he had it for me. Based on my experience with other car rental companies, I didn't really believe he would call me but he did! At 8:15 on Tuesday, he called me and told me that the van was available and he would hold it for me. When my husband and I picked up the van, Devin explained the benefits of purchasing the Damage Waiver coverage and we added it to our rental. We were so glad we did because we had total peace of mind on our trip knowing that we were fully covered if there was an accident. We were impressed by the condition of the van and were so grateful to be able to rent it. When we returned the van, another friendly and helpful Enterprise staff member looked over the van and handled our return quickly. Enterprise will be my first choice for vehicle rentals in the future! I'm one happy customer!
