  Do not reserve a car online. I reserved a car from the (many) available options listed online 5 days before I needed it, after the collision center next door recommended I book with this location. I received a confirmation email, but when the pickup day came around they told me they had no reservation under my confirmation number. It had been cancelled at some point and I was never informed, not by email or phone call. They had nothing available as it was the same day, but they told me the other Edmond location had availability. I reserved with that location online, as I also saw availability, and then called their listed number to confirm that I was confirmed. The person I talked to said yes, but then after hanging up I was immediately called by the real store manager at that location who told me they had nothing available. I ended up having to go to the airport to find something that day, and it was not with Enterprise. You cannot trust their site to be consistent with their inventory, nor for them to communicate changes about your reservation.

  Insurance set up a rental through this location with a 1hr SLA for them to contact me to set up the reservation. 6hrs later when I called them, they tried to play it off like they didn't have the reservation yet. They eventually admitted they got it yesterday (Sunday) and didn't call me because they didn't have a car available until Wednesday. This left me having to call multiple other locations to search for a car; something they could have easily assisted me with in the moment.

  Rude customer service, still waiting on a manager to call me in regard to an issue (what a surprise) where I was talked down to as if I was an idiot. I wouldn’t trust this company at all. I have not been impressed by enterprise and I am HANDS DOWN NOT IMPRESSED with the staff at Network Ave. Telling a customer to try to call every enterprise in the city of OKC and not be willing to help find availability is not okay. I guess the customer should be paid to help themselves at this location. Self service to the Max at Network Ave as the only man in the store could not have been bothered. Waste of my time, waste of energy, another example of a horrible company who do the least and expect the most.

  This was my first time renting a car on my own. After reading all the bad reviews online about other companies I’m glad I went with them. Stephon helped me throughout the process. This location made everything a breeze. The car had no issues on the trip. It was amazing on gas as I requested . They had it ready as soon as I arrived and were flexible to my needs . Very clean nice office. All the workers were professional and nice. They work really fast. I didn’t have to wait at all, I was in and out before I knew it . Will definitely be back if I ever need to rent again! 10 out of 10 if you’re looking to rent come to this location they won’t let you down .
