I initially bought a set of bulbs that didn’t work, but when I came back, Davon quickly helped me exchange them. When I went out to install the replacement bulb, I couldn’t fit my hand into the space to change it. Davon came out to my car and replaced the bulb easily and without any hassle. I don’t think good customer service needs to be hard, but Davon nailed it. I really appreciate the help and the excellent service.

Their professionalism and willingness to help made the experience seamless. I highly recommend this AutoZone location—outstanding staff and excellent service.

They told us they were unable to install the new battery due to where the battery is located in my specific car model. I came to the location on 164th and Penn and the store manager, Earl, helped me out right away. Quentin got my new battery installed and got my car running smoothly in 30 minutes. Everyone at this store is so kind, helpful and informative. I will never go to any AutoZone besides this one from now on! Huge shoutout to Earl and his team for such a high quality level of service.
