They told us they were unable to install the new battery due to where the battery is located in my specific car model. I came to the location on 164th and Penn and the store manager, Earl, helped me out right away. Quentin got my new battery installed and got my car running smoothly in 30 minutes. Everyone at this store is so kind, helpful and informative. I will never go to any AutoZone besides this one from now on! Huge shoutout to Earl and his team for such a high quality level of service.

Having these codes allowed me to weigh the relative risk of repairing now versus later. The staff was courteous and at least somewhat knowledgeable -which is better than what you get at most places.

Rated highly because he deserves to be rated for being transparent, careful, and efficient. Constantly cracking jokes to lighten the mood with a battery change and worrying about taking too much of my time, which mattered very little to me. This place is so close to where I live and no matter who is working, the place has always served me well and helped me in my dire needs (usually bad batteries)
