Mike took the time to teach my soon to be 16 year old how to change a battery in his truck. Mike took his time and taught us both how to change the battery. I have always had impeccable customer service at this Autozone on Danforth! Thank you Mike and Pharoah! You two were great!!!

- ALAddie LambertNov 29, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother stopped here to get help because she 2 1/2 hrs away from home and her battery light came on. She went inside and the guy came out and checked the battery. It was bad and so my mom asked if she can buy a battery and he put it in. He said “oh well I mean I guess I can” and she said “ok do you want to do it or do I need to go somewhere else” and he said “oh I don’t care”. So she went back inside and asked for a manager and a girl said well we are all managers. So we explained what happened and she just laughed at us. My mom really isn’t a confrontational person so for her to get this flustered is rare. I just don’t know why they wouldn’t want the business or why they wouldn’t at least be professional. Edit to add. She went to O’reillys down the street where she learned it actually isn’t a bad battery at all so not sure what the guy at Autozone did but he really just made something up because he couldn’t be bothered.
