  Response to owner: I’m not even reading your lies. See you in court. You were warned and had every opportunity to refund. Now it will cost you more in court. The sheriff will be formally serving you with the papers soon. My sister bought a car there last week. They said they fixed some issues rust on the door panels and then treated the frame. I knew that was a lie and doesn’t make sense. Tried saying it’s a Kansas car and that’s why. Which also don’t make sense. If it was from up north maybe. But there’s no reason to treat the frame to prevent rust in Oklahoma. I made her take it to a real shop because the check engine light came on immediately and because I knew they were hiding something under the black tar paint they put all over the undercarriage. Sure enough the frame is cracked and rusted through in multiple areas and completely unsafe to drive. The new show is putting the report together for us now. They said they have never seen anything like this. So, Asher’s, you have 48 hours to refund my sister in full or you will be getting served at your office on Monday morning. You know what car and you know who she is. We saved everything. All of the wording you had in the ad as well. Screen shotted everything. Oh they the two “brand new” tires you put on are used and that’s going in the report the other mechanic shop is putting together for us. If I still lived in Oklahoma this would never happen because I know what type of place this really is. The second she told me yall put “rust treatment” all over the undercarriage carriage I knew exactly what you were hiding. All of these small shady “dealerships” are the same. You have 48 hours. We ain’t going no where.

  My 13-year old car has been repaired and serviced by Asher’s three times now. Every time it was carefully explained what needed to be done as well as the cost. Asher’s prices are some of the best in OKC. Consider giving this family-owned business your patronage.

  Excellent and timely service: both with diagnostics and repair. I now have a local mechanic I can trust! I took in my low mileage Azera because the dealer's service department was incompetent in resolving an obvious fuel injector leak. After three failed attempts at problem resolution over several months with the dealer (VERY COSTLY!), Asher's identified the problem within 10 minutes: an improper installation of gaskets (o-rings) after injector replacement. Dealer abandoned me, but Gabriel and Richard took charge, replaced the badly installed parts, and got my car back on the road safely and quickly. I am delighted with their straightforward approach. They are stand-up guys, providing clear explanations and backing it up with warrantied parts and labor. I recommend them highly; they are now my mechanic of choice! You can read about my sad experience with the dealer's service department on both Google Reviews and YELP. Suffice it to say that I felt compelled to lodge a formal complaint with Hyundai USA.
