  I called A guy named Robert that works at Edmond Auto Electric and asked whether he could fix my Honda Accord front passenger window switch issue. He said, "I can probably do something with it." Later When he told me was done he asked me for my 4-digit pin to my debit card while I was trying to pay. That's Red Flag #1 He also told me that he installed a new right front window switch made by Standard Ignition that costed him $160, when really he installed a used Honda switch that probably cost him about $50ish. I Paid Him $250 total even though labor to change a switch takes 5-10 minutes with a flathead screwdriver. I Uninstalled the Honda switch that he really installed and showed it to his coworker so his coworker knows this is a true story. That's Red Flag #2 After I called Robert out on the phone for dishonesty, He said he would refund me the $160. When I arrived 20 minutes later, he said he had changed his mind and would not refund me at all. That's red flag #3 Then he claimed he could have charged me more for leaving my car for 2 nights instead of 1. But I was parked on a public street on a curb near his place (8th ST), not in his lot. That's Red flag #4 After he installed the used Honda front passenger switch, the driver window stopped working properly, so I asked him to at least look at the new problem. I had already paid him and he refused to look at it. He said "I can't do anything with it." That's Red Flag #5 A Battison Honda dealership guy fixed that driver window issue for only a $20 tip. Lots of companies like Edmond Auto Electric pay other companies to make their online presence look great with excellent fake reviews. Take It From Me And Stay Away From This Place. Check Out My Other Positive Reviews Of Other Car Repair Places! And anybody with half a brain can decode the model number of the switch to determine that it was manufactured in the 19th week of 2012, so I know he bought it used because it's a 2008 Honda Accord. Stay away from this dishonest guy at all costs
