- SRSk8 RamosAug 2, 20251.0Idk his name but I believe he’s general manager of parts he’s a rude black guy who works there always has a ear bud in having ppl repeat shit 24/7 I’m never really in Duncan but my buddy was like yea this guy will either not help us and annoy us or ignore us and sure enough half ass his service I had to repeat shit then he said there’s nothing he can do or help with Here comes the best autozone worker there Mr Andrew b I believe my man made sure I had loaner tools, helped me w 210* coolant , got me a hose when the other guy said there isn’t one in the store at all , he got me new hose clamps , even offered help putting it on. He needs to be a manager or get a paid raise bc while he was helping me he helped 2 other customers while the black guy was otp or having family come up there and talk or he’d walk outside and crack jokes for 10-15 mins. He needs to be fired.
