I went to this location to return them both knowing little that returning two parts from two different locations that was paid from one location would be a disaster. Instead of giving up on me and telling me to move to the next store he went out of his way to help me return the parts and that effort with commitment made all the time and headache worth it for me and my experience. I can not express how much of a good manager he applies himself to be for the company and the people, where I have experienced the complete opposite.
