  I’m giving ⭐⭐⭐️’s and this is why I can say with certainty that the customer service here is outstanding! I recently had to cancel my membership because of a payment mix-up on my end, I thought I’d updated my card, but it didn’t go through and the membership was canceled. Ryleigh (I believe that was her name) was absolutely wonderful she even stood out in the cold on a super windy day to talk to me, she was so kind, patient, and understanding. Even after the cancellation, she still let me go through and get my car washed that day. That kind of empathy and flexibility means a lot! The wash itself always leaves my car looking great. My only suggestions for improvement would be: • Stronger vacuums with a bit more suction power • Different attachments or a crevice tool (and maybe an air blower like some other locations have) to really get into vents and tight spots Also, while I love the unlimited plan concept, I do feel the membership price is a little high for how often most people actually use it. Overall, the staff (especially Ryleigh!) make this place stand out. I’d happily come back or rejoin in the future. Thank you!

  Reliable. Consistent. Convenient. Would like to be able to give five stars, but decided to settle with four stars. Two key negative points: 1.) the vacuums are pretty weak. 2.) while the car wash itself is consistent, the chemical flow and strength is somewhat inconsistent. The fact they have multiple locations, don’t scratch the car to hell and have a mobile app where I can manage my account – are the primary reasons we use the car wash. It’s a no-brainer to get the membership. Overall, I can save for the money spent, I am a satisfied customer. If those two negatives could be addressed and have more consistency power of the vacuums and the end results of each wash, it is absolutely a five star car wash. It’s location is also top-notch! I get my Service vehicle over at Jiffy Lube, so sometimes I can kill two birds with one stone. I do recommend this car wash above and beyond the other available options in town.

  I went here a few times when they opened and started noticing scratches on the hood of my car so I stopped going. Yesterday I took my husband’s car through and it didn’t even look like it had been washed? So I spent $27 on the most expensive one and then had to hand wash when I got home.
