  Service was excellent. Everybody was polite and professional in and out within 15 minutes. Definitely, we'll be back the guys at this valvoline. Quick change. Do a excellent job.

  Jade was absolutely amazing! Not only did she change my oil quickly with help from Tanner and another worker, but she made a point to teach me things a girl outta know! Total rockstar employee, I have never enjoyed my time getting my oil changed as much as I did today! Thank you, my girl!

  15 minute oil change turned into a 35 minute ordeal. Got a tire rotation, disastrous.

  Do not take a German import there. I took my Audi Q5 there. The oil change was like a normal except they did print the sticker for a 3,000 mile oil change when it is typically a 10,000 change. Not a big deal. However, I left on a Saturday and came home, the next morning I left to go get some shopping done and there was a huge puddle on my driveway. I took it back to valvoline immediately. I tried to call the shop first and had to go through customer service. I showed up and the manager was there and ready to work on my car. He acknowledged they thought it might leak bc the drain plug needed a washer or something. Fast forward to a month or two later…I noticed I smelled oil burning when I drove. I have a digital gauge and it indicated that I needed more oil so I stopped and bought 5w40 and put a half a quart in. I then made an appt to go get my oil changed at a different place. I took my car and found out that it was burning oil and this entire time I had been driving with the wrong oil. I called valvoline to make them aware and I’m now on a call back list to be contacted by a manager. This could mess up my pistons, my motor as a whole, and I can’t event speak to a person. Absolutely unacceptable.

  Valvoline sucks. The customer service team all the way to this store’s manager DANIEL. They over tightened my oil filter housing so much that when I went to change my oil myself that it is seized and collapsed upon removal. About $37 for the part itself. They would not admit their fault and kept talking over me trying to get resolve and they told me they no longer want my business and the feelings mutual. If you’re in Claremore there are plenty of other places that can half ass their job better than Valvoline. Just stay away if you appreciate your car maintenance.
