Anyone who knows buying a new vehicle with the packages included, you get a few oil changes as part of that package. We'll, Sundays the dealer isn't open to validate the package but, Jade made it an easy checking on the computer and made it easy for us to care for our car, and even told us at the beginning that those validations usually don't work. In my opinion, she went above and beyond for us, and I greatly appreciate that!!!
- CCCrystaJan 4, 20264.0Their service is great, but they need to update their knowledge on Volvo if they’re going to be changing the oil in them. First, the Volvo XC that are gas models do not have a dipstick. Two, a Volvo T5 engine makes a natural tick because of its injectors they do not have a regular timing belt. Their timing belt is made of metal not rubber. Again their service is great, but their knowledge on the car they’re servicing is very low and that needs to change. Synthetic oil has a life of 5-10k not properly documenting mileage will cause people to spend unnecessary money in a State struggling with poverty. & Yes they are European however they hold a value similar to most domestic cars.

Near the end of the procedure, the head tech informed her that there was over 8 quarts of oil that wasn’t removed from her car when it should only have had 6 quarts. He asked who serviced it last and she told him that it was this establishment. He acted embarrassed and assured her that there was only 6 quarts put in this time. The kicker is that she noticed that she was charged $18 for “extra oil”. The only thing we can assume is that she was charged to remove the extra oil that your establishment put in the previous visit. This is unacceptable!!! We will be taking our six vehicles to a different establishment in the future.
