  Edited to add since I can’t reply: that number is the same number I’ve been calling. When I finally get to a person. I’m told that a ticket will be made on my behalf and that they cannot escalate me to a manager, that placing a ticket in their system is the only way to get to a manager and I will be receiving an email shortly. However I have never received an email from a manager. I’m never contacted again and yes, I do check my spam folder. Every time we go here, the bars aren’t working right to let you into the car wash so it doesn’t go in order the way it’s supposed to so we were just gonna cancel and move on. I wasn’t gonna leave a review until it’s three months later and it’s still not canceled even though I’ve called multiple times they tell me they’re gonna make a report. The customer service takes forever to get through to once you do get to a person. She tells you that she’s gonna escalate it to a manager, but the only way they make any contact with their so-called managers is by creating a ticket and then they will email you again later so three months later I’m still paying for this car wash I’ve been trying to cancel and somehow the price is going up absolute horrible customer service don’t get a membership here unless you expect to have it forever.

  The actual car wash is great, however, the staff will come out and not allow you to pick the car wash you want and just pick something. This happens every time I go there.One time they signed me up for unlimited without my consent and I had to cancel it. Let people pick their own thing and they will tell you if they need help.

  Paid 18 bucks for a wash that did not wash my car. I showed the worker that it was still dirty, I went for a 2nd time for free. The 2nd wash didn't make difference. Don't waste your money going there.

  This car wash is great but I have one major complaint. Why do you guys tie up the members only line with people trying to sign up for a membership? Members only line is supposed to be an express line for members only. More than once I’ve ended up stuck behind some yahoo that can’t read signs and your staff stops the line to help them instead of getting them through. You need a better solution. Than tying up the members line.

  I have the fast pass which is not fast. You need more help. Lady trying to help people pay came and got the guy that pre washes your car to come help. Left a huge line just sitting there for 5 minutes. Ridiculous.
