- RRRoberto Rodarte6 days ago1.0This is the worst repair shop when it comes to customer service and credibility. They take months to give you a diagnosis, and once they do, it's inaccurate. They gave me many possible delivery dates because they kept diagnosing close to the delivery date, and it took months to repair my truck. When they finally returned it, the brand emblems were missing, the air conditioning didn't work, and they didn't replace the windshield because "they didn't realize it was cracked." Now they're saying they're waiting for a response from the insurance company to repair the glass, and I've been waiting for weeks for them to call me back.

Went up there in the morning didn’t have time to get me in drove back just for the manager to be rude and act like she didn’t have time to deal with us. When we confronted her about it she then acted like she had done nothing wrong. Will no longer be using gerber for anything. I will take my business elsewhere.

However with the recent snow storm which has been one of the worst this state has seen in many years, I was unable to safely make a trip to pick it up. After multiple attempts I was unable to contact them, guessing they were closed as no one ever answered the phone. Then I was finally contacted by a lady named Louise and told that they would be charging me a $240 STORAGE FEE. So they wanted me to drive in the middle of an ICE/SNOW STORM to pick up my vehicle from their CLOSED location. Thanks.
