I had to walk over a mile and was stranded due to them closing at 12pm Saturday and not reopening till Monday. Called Enterprise FBO and Enterprise and no one could help me. Simply told me they would email someone from the leadership team. The person over the FBO rental was from a call center in a foreign country and could care less about my situation and had no ability to assist me other than read his relies from a script. I use the FBO Enterprise rental almost weekly. This is the worst of the worst of service. Unacceptable and inexcusable.
