I got help ordering the wrong part even with pictures provided, then I got told 2 different pick up times. I could have just driven across town and got it at that point. Now I've been stuck waiting all day, I'll have less than 2 hours of day light and I've had to inconvenience people with a ride to and from AutoZone 3 separate times now. This isn't the only blunder either. I get non shalant attitudes even though everyone is mostly chil. I've been purchasing from AutoZone over other big box stores for years and for the first time in considering going else where.
