  Ronnie immediately greeted me. It was my first time going to zips and using the app. I didn't even have to ask him, he just walked me through the whole process of using my in-app points. Thank you for the great service!

  Used this carwash for the first time last week and after exiting to the vacuum area discovered my driver’s side window was cracked! I told the manager immediately and he did a good job documenting. The management responded that day saying they would deny the claim because they have a sign posted about windshield damage. I asked if that included window damage and they have yet to respond. This is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to repair. All for choosing the wrong carwash. I also found their air nozzles to be pretty under powered and the wash did not do a great job on the front end. Cannot recommend

  Never crowded. Always clean. Wand has power, but not too much. Vacuums r free

  A third of the implements do not operate to clean your car. Entire front end and back end of my car are NOT TOUCHED. Be wary of membership.
