  The technician did come early, however, it did take him a little longer than it Said it would for him to replace my window on the hatchback of my 2026 Nissan rogue. When he left, I went to go put my stuff back into the Back and my hatchback would not open and shut properly. I contacted Customer Service. They got him back out by then I had worked the hatchback to where it was opening and shedding properly at that point he didn’t do anything and just repeated the same thing he told me when he was there before. After a couple of times of opening and shutting the hatchback it now does not open properly again, so I have an appointment Monday to take it into the shop. What needs to be done? Is the door panel of the hatchback needs to be taken off because there’s glass all in that door panel and the technician swears that they cannot take the paneling off and clean it out, but I That company should leave your car the exact way it was before the window was broken out, I will not be recommending them to anybody if it is not taken care of on Monday when I am at the shop. I am very unhappy with the way my vehicle was left. I have a feeling is going to be original, which is absolutely no glass in the door panel and my hatchback opening and shedding properly.

  Do not use this company! I went through Farmers to get my windshield replaced a month ago, big mistake. They came to my home to replace my windshield but were unable to get the windshield off due to a previous Safelite installer gluing the parts back on. In the process of trying to get the windshield off, the installer broke multiple pieces to my vehicle and broke the windshield further. I was told by my installer Josiah, through his manager, that they would be ordering new parts and would get everything taken care of. A week later my husband went to their office in BA, he was told they shipped the parts to the wrong office and that they would have them sent to BA, so we would have to reschedule AGAIN. Another 10 days go by, the installer comes back to my house without any parts. His manager Brian gets on the phone with my husband and proceeds to tell him that the parts are our responsibility and my insurance denied the claim. What?! I have called customer service twice, they say they will have the district manager call.. he doesn't. So here we are a month later, my windshield is inoperable due to their installer busting parts and I am responsible? Customer service just told me that claim is closed and they are now refusing to work on my vehicle. I do not know how this company is still in business.

  Got my windshield replaced. There was some issues with the calibration, had to come back and get it done. Not really upset about that but, I had a dash cam and mic installed previously. The dash cam was unplugged and laying in the cup holder with the cables hanging out of the headliner. After the calibration was done and I picked up the truck everything was still hanging and the front and rear cameras were not back. In all fairness I did not go back to the shop to ask about that. But simply had the installer of the cameras put it all back together. I don’t know if satellite would have taken care of it or not but I don’t want to make another trip for that.

  This is a review of the company not the location. I tried to call and see if I could get in for a quick repair on a Saturday. No one could tell me and I had to give all my info three different times to AI and two different people at a call center in Florida. I simply needed to know if I could get an appointment. I ended up hanging up and called a local shop. A 90 second conversation and they got us right in without 15 minutes of questions and passing me onto different folks. Make it easier for customers to get simple questions answered. Your AI automation isn’t helping.
