  I have a 2017 Silverado with 6 speed automatic transmission. I did flushes every 30k as dealer suggested but it still went out at just over 125,000. The dealers fix was to replace whole transmission but after shopping around I decided to go with Lifetime Transmissions. It was a little higher than other shops but the lifetime warranty is included in the price. Staff was friendly, helpful, and gave me peace of mind that the rebuild was going to be done right. Bonus, I also got to keep my original transmission. Lifetime put better parts and calibrated my transmission to where I don’t have to worry about it going out in another 125k. Valerie was very thorough about maintaining the transmission for the lifetime warranty. The process was simple and straightforward, and my Silverado was back on the road very quickly. Thanks Lifetime Transmissions, I would recommend to anyone needing transmissions work!

  I have relied on Lifetime Transmissions twice now for my repair needs. Both times they have been quick, efficient, and professional. Will definitely recommend to all my friends for their transmission problems and go back for any future problems of my own.

  Would Highly recommend Lifetime Transmissions. I thought I was having a Transmission issue brought it in at the end of December of 2025. Lifetime Transmissions ran a diagnostic and determined I was having a misfire and not Transmission issues. I fixed the cylinder they identified with a new spark plug and coil pack. Problem was still there. Took it to a general mechanic shop. They ran a diagnostic and identified two to three more cylinders that were misfiring. They said that it wasn't actually misfiring but it was the Transmission going bad. They recommend a flush with "additives." I then brought it back to Lifetime Transmissions and had another diagnostic ran in March 2026. The Lifetime Transmission tech was able to diagnose that I had three additional cylinders misfiring. He pulled one of the plugs and could see it was arching on the porcelain. Again the Tech determined that the Transmission was perfectly fine and the mechanic that replaced my spark plugs originally had used an impact wrench to replace my plugs and in the process break 4 of the 6. I replaced all 6 plugs and installed 6 new coil packs. Problem is resolved. Thank you Lifetime Transmissions for diagnosing my problem correctly each time. Your help was much appreciated.

  Will always trust Lifetime Transmissions…let me explain why. Stock 2017 Silverado (136,000 miles) was shuddering and hesitating. I took the truck to a local Chevrolet dealer and they stated that the transmission was failing and the fix was to replace at a cost of $7150. Mind you the same dealership installed a new transmission in the same truck 40,000 miles ago. This didn’t seem right to me and I decided to seek another opinion at lifetime transmission - so grateful I did. Lifetime diagnosed an engine misfire (no issue with the transmission) replaced plugs and wires and the truck runs perfectly. In addition, they explained the common failure points with these transmissions and offered solutions to improve longevity. This shop is honest, the service impeccable and they actually care about you as their customer. I’m a Lifetime customer for sure.

  When I first called lifetime transmissions, I knew immediately by the way they responded to me on the phone that I had called a place that cared about their customers more than about just selling a job. My transfer case had gone out and they helped me through the whole experience. They told me where I could find a good used transfer case Gave me the number for a wrecker to take my car to them. The wrecker company they use was extremely kind and helpful also. They did the job at a very reasonable price and they gave me a large veterans discount. They didn’t try to sell me any services I didn’t need, nor did they try to scare me with false concerns, about needing to have them check this or that potential problem so they could charge me for services I didn’t really need. I cannot say enough good things about them. They went out of their way to take care of me instead of doing everything to take care of themselves. I wish they did other mechanical work besides transmissions. They did a great job.
