The worst customer service from sales to management. I have received no help whatsoever. I bought a vehicle and have had nothing but problems with it since I have left the lot. I have had it a few months, and its been in the shop more than half of that time. I have called and spoke to numerous people, drove up there multiple times just to have them tell me to come back when Michael Fleeman is there. To leaving my contact info for him to call, and received nothing. I have called numerous times, and continue to get the runaround. I went in a couple days ago after speaking with sales manager Brian, and once I got there I was told to see cade in sales. After explaining my situation, cade mentioned Brian didn't even know / care the reasoning of my visit or situation and was only to meet a end of month sales goal. That's exactly what you want to tell a customer that just drove 45 min to your dealership for help on a bad vehicle bought from your lot. I was told the manager at the time I bought my vehicle was fired for poor customer service and the salesman I had moved out of state. This type of customer service is unacceptable. They don't even deserve 1 star.

My wife and I have had several bad experiences at this dealership. The sales and financing department are good, as to be expected when you're trying to make money. However, the service is very poor. I would probably suggest they hire more technicians, or maybe their pay isn't competitive enough to keep employees. They are always stating how they are short-staffed, and the wait for service is appalling. We had her 2025 Traxx in for a warranty repair on a simple lift gate switch. We were informed after two days of them keeping the vehicle, that the part is on backorder. We requested a repair on a trim panel that had fallen off, and the panel was not even touched. Given the correct parts, I could have repaired both in under an hour. Yet, they had it two whole days, without not so much a screw being turned. Due to the poor management of the service department, we will most definitely NOT be purchasing another vehicle from them!

We have bought two new vehicles from Jim Norton. We USED to love them. This past visit made us realize really quick we will NEVER spend another dollar with them or refer them to our friends. The customer service sucked, no communication, and every time we called they said our service rep Chris was available, but he never answered the phone we always got his voicemail and then he would text immediately after saying he would call then several hours later he would return the call. We bought our Chevy Tahoe 2021 in July of 2021 and the engine blew with 160k miles on it. I was 40k miles out of my warranty. They wanted 12k to fix it and said my transmission was bad too, but I never had any issues with the transmission. I owe 11k on my car & my car is very well maintained I take great care of my car. They had my car for a month and I was number 60 on the loaner waitlist. Then they offered me 5k as my car was for trade in😂😂 such a Joke. So they could fix for it for 3k and sell it for 35k. I hope they get they get better!

Steer very clear of this dealership! It has been nothing but problems since I have wanted to purchase this vehicle. Started out with a deposit on march 6th with a promise of them delivering, on my dime, as soon as they were paid. Well then it was, the salesman didn’t know what he was talking about as it can’t be delivered that quickly. I said ok well how long? Mind you my birthday is march 22 and we were taking this vehicle on our trip. I was promised delivery by then, but today was told different. No plans for a delivery even though this dealership has been paid in full. Also the miles that I agreeed on were off by 800 and then they agreed to take .25 cents on per mile. As the manager just drove the car around and they didn’t bother updating paperwork I guess! Then the advertised car, you can see the tires, then thy sent me a picture of it and I zoomed in, they switched out th tires to cheap tires. I questioned it, they didn’t know how that happened but now they switched them back! Every turn has been a lie, an error or just simply “the salesman don’t know”. At this point I just want my money back, I don’t even have the vehicle. When I was searching for the Tahoe this one came up on a local search and it was what wanted, I then realized it was in Oklahoma but they do shipping. I live in Iowa! I still wanted it because it was everything I had been looking for. However this is a big sign to not purchase it but i have no idea what to do next. I reached out to the GM but no call back yet. This is clearly shady used car sales behavior and wish I never found them. The ad was on KBB website and it popped up local to me although it wasn’t. I have multiple texts and communication that I can prove to be issues

This experience was a nightmare from the jump! I went up there to purchase a vehicle the vehicle I chose hadn't been through inspection yet. So I had to wait 3 days to test drive it! When I did, I noticed the radiator hose had an hole in it. So now it takes them another 3or 4 days to fix it! So I go back up there pay my down payment and sign the contract and leave with the truck. I say about a week later I get a call saying the bank not wanting to finance the loan because the truck don't have some of the features they thought it had. So now they tell me they have a bed cover and a matt for it, which was trash! Old and dirty! But anyway we get that squared away. Then after I done had the truck for over a month, I received another call saying the bank not going to finance the loan because they call to verify employment and was told I haven't worked there since November, which was false! But instead of them asking me to verify that I was employed there at the time of purchase and see if I was gainfully employed, they said they have to get the truck back. At the time of purchasing the truck I informed the salesman I was getting a truck because I was going into business for myself! So now that I'm not going to have a truck I can no longer fulfill my obligations for my business. And Austin Nichols said why would they compensate me for lost wages because it wasn't their fault! Basically saying it's my fault! My thing is why wasn't employment verified before giving me the keys and letting me leave with the truck! So if you're smart avoid this place at all cost! The only people that lie more than a lawyer is a car salesman! Oh yeah think about this if I had possession of the vehicle for over a month and for whatever reason decided I didn't want the vehicle and say I wanted my down payment back! I wouldn't be allowed to do that! Or if I had paid my down payment and didn't want to take possession of the vehicle they could keep the down payment and the vehicle as liquidated damages, but I don't deserve some kind of compensation for inconvenience and loss wages!
