Enterprise car rental was a very good experience-clean car and easy to drive. Office manager and other agents were helpful and professional. When I had questions, the manager was informative and caring. Good experience.

I received a nice upgrade because the vehicle I selected wasn't available. It was nice to have more room on our trip. Debbie the driver gave us a ride home upon our return when the weather was cold and rainy 😃

I needed a rental car while mine was in the collision repair shop. Enterprise was the rental company that the insurance company used. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. They picked me up from the collision repair shop and even offered me a little roomier car if I could wait for about 30 minutes even though it was spring break and they were super busy. I was able to leave the rental at the repair shop when I picked my car up. Everything was super easy and professional. Highly recommend!

Best car rental experience ever at the Enterprise location on 145th in Broken Arrow. They were attentive to my needs and communicated with me throughout my rental, and I was able to extend me an additional day at the last minute. You have a great team in that office and I’ll be using Enterprise exclusively going forward due to my experience with them! Thank you… Tamara

I spoke with whoever inside i never know there names because they don't where name tags at this location 1185 aspen ave broken arrow oklahoma and telling them I was not effected with my contract that i did myself that i was told i couldn't get a vehicle ever again because of what my fiancee currently owes for his by himself contract nor i was added as a second driver that my fiancees contract he did at a Mingo and memorial location in tulsa oklahoma his dad went with him on this contract i never was with him or added as a driver my fiancees contract this is where the lying comes in i have rented a car in 2024 from the broken arrow oklahoma location because of my car was in the shop due to a no fault accident and from there on me and my fiancee has never ever I mean never been to any location until 2025 to rent a car by himself with his dad who is 82 year old and yet his dad was disrespected by the memorial dr and Mingo location in tulsa oklahoma at the time my fiancee was trying to make a payment but of course his dad wanted to help but was disrespected by this memorial dr and Mingo location all they could have said no sir we can't use your card because your not on the contract and we have to use the person one bank card that his bank card thats our policy I apologize for the convenience instead it went another direction and when the car he rented the employee was laughing with this tow truck guy when he came to the house to collect the car and I had found that inappropriate behavior in a business when your dealing with customers you don't ever do that if I did that my job and that customer saw me laughing my boss would have a conference meeting in his office to tell me that it was unprofessional behavior to either do a warning or terminatied my job position like fire me and my situation first off I felt like I walked into a building with a bunch of guys looking like there miserable and I've known to see this before they need to be smiling and happy to serve customers if you don't do that it what makes you and the business look horrible and yes I've contacted ya'lls corporate office headquarters to explain my frustrations and I told them since me and my fiancee and his 82 year old dad who has been disrespected by two locations one location the Mingo and memorial dr location and aspen ave broken arrow location and also told corporate office headquarters that because of the events at these two locations that we will never ever again rent from ya'll again because of ya'lls attitudes things could have been done right but it wasn't in my own eyes I've seen some past Google reviews and was shocked that how bad they were treated unacceptable people please becareful when you rent from enterprise rental car company watch out for unacceptable behaviors and you won't have a problem
