  I think it’s extremely important that when answering the phone, representatives identify themselves professionally. A simple “Hello, this is Crystal with Enterprise, how may I help you?” goes a long way. Courtesy matters, and it sets the tone for the entire customer experience. I’ve rented with Enterprise for years and have never had an issue renting a car out of state using a debit card. Because of that, I was shocked to learn that this particular location refuses to rent to out‑of‑state customers who use a debit card. If that is the policy here, it should be clearly stated in the disclaimer. Not doing so causes confusion, inconvenience, and ultimately lost business especially from loyal customers like myself who have always chosen Enterprise over competitors. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location was a zero. The representative I spoke with was dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. It honestly sounds like Henry could benefit from Customer Service 101 training. Based on this experience alone, I would give this location a zero. Enterprise as a company has always been reliable for me, but this specific branch does not reflect the standard I’ve come to expect.

  After telling the clerk my choice of automobile, I remembered that my wife would probably not be able to get into the car because of it's height. Even though she had gone to get the car, the clerk quickly changed the car to meet my needs. There was no complaint and she just seemed to be pleased to make the switch. I really appreciated her smiling demeanor and attitude. It was a genuine pleasure doing business. When I returned the car, it was a similar pleasurable experience.

  It was efficient, easy, friendly. When I wasn't comfortable with the original rental vehicle, you made it easy to switch to another one.

  Slow service. They scheduled me for 9:30am. When I arrived they said 20 min to get the car. 10:45am and I was finally getting the car.
