- MCManda CarrilloAug 28, 20251.0I’m not exactly sure what the problem with Zips here lately but the tire shine is so caked onto parts of my car and rims on my tires and parts of my tires are not even covered by the shine. We asked the front guy (which I get he isn’t the manager) if we can remove the tire shine and he said he couldn’t remove it and that we would need to come in the morning to speak with the manager. He did say they turned down the shine and we did mention to him that it gets bad caked onto our car. Well we just pulled into the vacuums and yet again some situation that it has been. I’m not sure if there is a problem with their equipment but it’s not just the zips it’s also the same issue at the other location in Tulsa as well. If there was a way to remove the tire shine then we wouldn’t have a problem but since we were told there isn’t a way we will be asking for our money back since it’s just cause issues to our car. I wouldn’t recommend here to anyone I know,
