CORPORATE needs to do a better job of supporting their local group. You can call and go online and it will accept appointments all day long, but locally they do not have staff to support corporate greed. Be prepared to wait hours for your repair.
- TTTheresaDec 10, 20251.0If I could give zero stars, I would. Safelite has no respect for the customers time. Windshield replacement appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM. Upon arrival I was not told they were running behind schedule. I waited in the waiting room because I live 45 minutes away. 45 minutes after waiting I inquired they said my vehicle was next and would be taken back to work on in 1 hour; he said the call center overbooked them. They should have called me in the morning to reschedule once they realized the overbooking. At 11:30, 2 hours after my appointment time, my car had still not been taken back to work on, I had a friend pick me up for lunch at that time Brian at the desk said I did not need to be there when they took the car back. I arrived back at 12:30, employees appeared to be coming back from lunch, my car was still in the parking lot so work had not yet begun. Once Brian was back at the desk I asked when they were taking it back he said they did, I said no it’s in the parking lot. He checked on it. He said there were two cars in front of me, he didn’t know how but my work order and keys were taken off of the wall and set on the counter in the back, but now there were 2 afternoon appointment cars ahead of me -again I would be next in line and it may be another hour before they take it back but your next. By this time it was after 1:00 - 3 1/2 hours after my appointment time my car was still not being worked on. I asked for my keys back and a refund on payment. They told me there was just a hold for 24 hours on my card for the nearly $800 of work that was never done. I called their corporate care center, also useless, a person just listens to your complaint and that’s it. This company is too big to care about people; save your money and your time go to Robinson Glass Tulsa.
