They have to take the wipers off to replace the windshield and he didn't tighten them back up,I had to drive in the heavy poor rain without windshield wipers and I lost one and had to replace them both that cost me 47 dollars I'm not happy with the service.

When we went to pickup the car, front windshield was fine but the back window wasn't installed straight and was very loose. I picked it up shortly before closing time, thinking all was well but when I got home, the rear door wouldn't open because the window was so out of line. I called right away but you can't call the store directly so I had to discuss my issue with the call center. I asked could we run back so it could be looked at and fixed but was informed, I couldn't as they had no opening. The next available appt was a week away. I drove back to the local dealer and he agreed it was way off but he could get to it that day as they were closing. I left the car there as it was unusable hoping to get it fixed the next day as both windows replaced had cost me $1000, but it wasn't fixed at all. Long story short, after 3 weeks of broken promises but still not functioning correctly, we left with out window, a little more tightened but still not correct. We are now looking elsewhere for the screws that were never installed as supposably, they do not supply the hardward, only the glass. So if you are needing an autoglass repair, take your chance for a professional experience somewhere else.
