  This is a review of the company not the location. I tried to call and see if I could get in for a quick repair on a Saturday. No one could tell me and I had to give all my info three different times to AI and two different people at a call center in Florida. I simply needed to know if I could get an appointment. I ended up hanging up and called a local shop. A 90 second conversation and they got us right in without 15 minutes of questions and passing me onto different folks. Make it easier for customers to get simple questions answered. Your AI automation isn’t helping.

  Safelite came out to our home to replace a broken drivers side window in our vehicle. The process was easy from the start to the finish. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived within a few minutes. He was kind and courteous and very professional. He finished the job in the time frame he had given me. He was a great experience. Will certainly use Safelite again, if needed.

  Has a appointment scheduled for weeks they call me at 9am to tell me they will be here from 12pm to 5pm then at 5pm they call me and say they will not make it today when I been waiting all day. they tell me they will be out the next day 12pm to 5pm I should of been the first one on the list .. there scheduling sucks ..thing it funny you think your going to make it right by showing up and replacing my windows that dont make it right . You giving me my day back will make it right but there is nothing you can do to give me back my whole day .

  Great service! Friendly staff! Convenient location! I had to drop the wife's vehicle off to replace the cracked windshield with a new one. The appointment was set with my insurance company. I showed up at the time booked. They took my car, and said, we'll call you after we test-drive it to make sure everything is working. I got a text giving the "all good," and we went to get it. The car was ready, beautiful new windshield. They could have come to the house to make the change, but the newish vehicle had some controls/sensors that had to be calibrated with equipment only at the shop. Great service, very friendly staff, and an overall excellent experience! I hope we don't have to come back. But if we need help again, we're going back to Safelite!

  If you don’t want to read a whole lot I will give you a short synopsis of my experience, there are no redeemable qualities about this store. There is no reason for me to give anything above a 1 star review. My advice to anyone considering using Safelite would be to call your dealer first. It’s most likely cheaper, and they will be more capable of handling your repair. You will most likely be returning to the dealer regardless due to poor quality of the repair work performed by Safelite. My experience with Safelite has been a horrible stress inducing headache, even considering it was an insurance claim with no out of pocket expenses. It was filled with scheduling errors, Safelite cancelling appointments over a two month time frame, and 5 separate times because the windshield wasn’t ordered, the wrong windshield was ordered, or the windshield didn’t show up on time. I was never kept in the loop about this until the day of the appointment. Not only that, they actually broke parts of my car during the install and the attempted recalibration, which I had to call Safelite 2 times a day for 2 weeks after the repair and was unable to leave a voicemail. It was clear they were trying to ignore me and not replace parts broken during installation. To top all of this off, less than a month later after the repair was completed and having to go to the dealer to complete the recalibration, there has been a stress crack forming due to a poor quality repair/replacement of the windshield. Safelite has offered to repair the windshield for me, but refused to recalibrate the windshield. I am now having to go through my insurance company for the second time and having to go through this entire process again, but using the dealership instead of Safelite. Due to the fact that the Safelite website claims they have capabilities for a wide variety of cars including my own for windshield replacement and recalibration, and then lying to me about codes on my car upon discovering none were available when the dealership worked on my car (shocking.) This company has shown itself to be very fraudulent or just falsely markets it’s capabilities to repair windshields and recalibrate vehicles. Save your peace of mind, time and money and look for other options to repair your windshield.
