  Rick and Ernesto did a fantastic job installing my window. They were pleasant. I will need more windows so when I do I would like to have Rick and Ernesto back.

  We had no doubt Robinson Glass was going to produce and install our glass, but we were blown away with the customer service! Not only were the ladies in the office awesome, but Rick and Ernesto who came out to measure and then to install the finished product were simply incredible. Ernesto handled the glass like he was born to do it, and Rick was very diligent in not only installing the glass with Ernesto, but also talked to my wife and I about how to take care of the glass, cleaning, etc. I will always ask for Rick and Ernesto in the future, too! Thanks Robinson Glass.

  We had frameless sliding glass shower doors installed by Robinson Glass Broken Arrow. The installation was timely and done professionally. The installers were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

  Find another glass provider! Giving 1 star because it won't let me give them 0 starts. This place is an absolute joke! Their incompetent employees screwed up my shower glass install by drilling holes in the wrong locations of the brand new shower tile. It delayed the finish of my project by 2 weeks. They told us to have our tile guys replace the damaged tiles and let them know how much it was. The tile was fixed and Robinson was advised of the cost and the lady agreed to take $750 off the balance due. They never sent it in writing and now they dispute the reduction although we have emails stating the same. A friend of mine was helping me with the remodel and paid the deposit in cash. We never got the final invoice or paid the balance prior to installation. Robinson then sent an invoice that was not correct. However, they have basically called us liars and their incompetent employee didn't document anything on the invoice. We disputed the charges and simply asked for what was originally promised, to reduce the balance by $750. I had no problem paying what was owed, less the reduction for their screw up. We were waiting for Robinson to get the invoice revised and re-sent to issue final payment. Instead, Robinson filed suit against my friend and named his company, which was not even doing the work. I had thought this local company would be reputable and operate with class, honesty and integrity. However, I was mistaken. I need to purchase a glass door for that same shower but will never do business with them again. Do not do any business with this company without having everything in writing, even if the employee is lazy and tells you they will note their records. Do not trust anything they say. She has now told their attorney she thinks my friend pocketed the cash deposit, I assume to cover herself because she doesn't have record of it. I now have to pay a balance which is more than the original quote because of their incompetency and shady business practices to get a frivolous lawsuit dismissed so it doesn't ruin the reputation of my friend's company. I highly recommend finding a different glass provider.
