- LLLarryNov 8, 20252.0What happened to QT? I've been a happy customer for many years. Lately though not so happy. About a year or two ago I quit drinking their coffee when they went to the new machines (yuck) My instant coffee at home is better. Then a couple of days ago I went, and as usual some of the gas pumps were inoperative. Walking into the store they had a notice they could only accept cash. (OK) Not drinking their coffee I will sometimes get a fountain drink and yes one of the soda machines inoperative. Any one of these items not a big deal but all in one visit, unusual. I will give them two stars because they still have the best employees! Helpful friendly and very efficient!
