  Horrible experience. The immediate response when you pull up is, “What membership do you want?” When you try to explain that you just want a single wash, you’re forced into a conversation about why you don’t want a membership instead of simply being able to purchase the service you asked for. The wash itself was also poor quality and did not meet expectations. Overall, the experience felt pushy and frustrating from start to finish. I’m far from satisfied and would not recommend this location based on this visit.

  I have never received such high pressure sales tactics when trying to purchase a single car wash. I was asked at least three times to buy a membership after saying from the beginning that I simply wanted a single car wash and I didn’t want to buy the most expensive wash available. I understand the upsell, but if a customer says they don’t want a membership, please take no for an answer.

  I can’t say enough positive things about Ade, the store lead at the Broken Arrow location! She makes every process quick and painless everytime and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and embodying the company’s values.

  I love this carwash! Prince and Ade make the experience great! They are always friendly and happy to help! My vehicle always comes out clean and the vacuums are wonderful. Thank you!
