They have always been friendly and then I had an issue with my back wiper blade from wash and they ordered me a new one with no issues. I do have a 17 year old car, so I am sure the blade arm was brittle already. I even doubted saying anything at all but I am glad I did. Thank you guys and gals!
- AIAngela IseleyDec 12, 20251.0Kids that work there are incompetent.call cs 800# because they have no way to contact the stores by phone and not only 800 number so I called the 800 number explain to the guy that the Tire walls had brake dust, grime dirt oil and the undercarriage did not get clean I told him I bought the unlimited package and had just used it one time and he told me there was no refunds available. That’s bad faith. So I want to boycott Quick Quack Car Wash because that’s a bad faith in their service whenever a customer buys something I was told by Victoria @.the BA store that I could get the car washed until I was satisfied.

The black girl did not use professionalism and it was a waste of my time. if I pay every month to get services, then that’s what I would like, but I will be finding me a new location because I am very unsatisfied with you all business
