  I needed a truck for just a few hours. I reserved it the day before and didn't realize the pick up time was later than I needed it until I arrived to get the truck. The rep was not helpful at all and even rude. I offered to take the truck as it was (not full of gas) and explained I only needed it for a few hours locally. Nope, nope, and nope was her reply. So I called to cancel the reservation. I explained the issue to the phone person and they said I could take it early and as is. The phone person called the store person and when I went back to the store, that person's personality had done a 180 degree turn. They were super nice and even gave me a discount. I took the truck, got to my assignment late, got it done, then returned it within 3 hours.

  Expensive, gas guzzling truck. I suggest you find a friend with a pick-up truck, trailer, and some tarps, in case it rains, and save yourself some money. In spite of that, the truck was clean, inside and out.
