How can you not be able to refund people for YOUR machine on your property? What kind of store claims they have no way to refund car wash payments. And he was kinda a jerk about it. Like I was irritating him omg I'm so sorry for asking for a refund when a car wash is 9$! I won't use any kum and go stores any longer. I've always thought they have a stupid name now it fits their attitude towards guests.
