The Salesmen are swindlers at least John was. The Finance department is just as bad. My Family and I didn't have much. Was hoping for a nice vehicle for my Wife. We put down $3500 for down-payment. $3000 never made near the car note. The vehicle broke down 2 weeks after we had it. They never fixed it after they said we had a warranty. Gave us the run around. 3 years and thousands of dollars in repairs later its been Our problem. Their not about helping hard working families. Skimming, scheming, lying and smiling while they do it.

They ran diagnostics while they had the vehicle and let me know what was going on with other repairs needed such as a tire pressure sensor. Very professional and patient with explanations to a 72 year old woman with no mechanical ability at all. My car is now running great and I will be using them again in the future for any other repairs.

I called and simply asked if they still had a specific vehicle in stock and the guy starts playing games to get my name and phone number before answering. If he needs it just be honest don't play games. Coupled the above with the multiple ads on Facebook marketplace under different addresses, pricing, etc.. for the same car.. I've seen enough. It's 2025 and companies still act like this.
