    I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Jim Norton Chevrolet for some years now, and I have never felt like they didn't care, they go above and beyond. I can tell that they care and they take their job seriously, and I am so grateful for their outstanding service. I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Trax, and I am sooo very happy with my purchase. Also I would like to say a very special thank you to the salesman his name is Anthony, he was patient, and very knowledgeable and he had a great attitude and I want him to know that I really appreciate him his hard work, and also a special thank you to Monte in accounting ( Friend).     ⭐️ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointed With Jim Norton Chevrolet NEVER buy a car here using dealer financing. If you still want to purchase, only do it with cash or get your own financing from your bank. This dealership took my SSN and has been pulling my credit repeatedly every single month without my permission. Every time they check, I receive a letter from the credit bureau saying “Jim Norton Chevrolet pulled your credit.” This is damaging my credit score for no reason. I first visited this dealer in April because I wanted to buy an EV before September 30th, when the tax credit expired. It’s now November, and I just received another credit pull notice from October — even though I am no longer interested in buying, especially since the EV tax credit has already ended. This is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend customers be extremely careful with their personal information here.

    Buying process of our new at the time 2024 Chevy ZR2 was less than comfortable as we were drilled over and over and over that if we do not check mark anything less than a 5 star rating or review we were damaging the sales persons reputation who initially assisted us and sadly he was professional and great to work with but the demands and border line strong arm intimidation of high ratings and extended warranty purchase etc. We refused to fill out the review forms and follow the demands. Fast forward almost 1.5 years we recently of 1 month sold the ZR2 and have begged and pleaded with anyone at Jim Norton to help us cancel our purchased extended warranty and it has concluded with yet again rude, disrespectful and laughable staff that refuses to help us. No matter the multiple VM’s left to finance, Management and other office staff where we are hung up on the nasty lack of help is present. We will strive to share our experience on social media with all friends, family and staff of our experience and push any and everyone to drive across the bridge to Ferguson GMC or any other dealership if you want and deserve a dealership that will give a consumer what is much deserved! Run, run and run from Jim Norton GMC, they are trash!!!

    I recently purchased my car from Jim Norton Chevrolet and I can’t say enough good things about Casey! From the moment I walked in, he made the process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Casey was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient—he took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect vehicle that fit both my needs and budget. He never made me feel pressured, and I really appreciated how transparent he was about everything. Even after the sale, he followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Casey definitely does. I LOVE MY 2026 CHEVY TRAX 🥰 If you’re in the market for a new car, I highly recommend asking for Casey—you’ll be glad you did!

    My experience at Jim Norton Chevrolet was AMAZING! Mr. Robert Ankney and Mr. Connor Balbontin were awesome to work with. Super professional and their attention to detail compares to absolutely no other. They were able to get my husband and I our very first brand new car. We have had cars before but not a brand new one. They both made sure that the payment was right where we needed it to be and that we were comfortable with using all the technology! Davarious, finance guy, was able to get our warranty added in at a price we could afford. My husband uses a mobility scooter and they both made sure that we were able to get a hitch for the cargo hauler and everything was perfect!! Both of them with the help of another associate named Donavan got his hauler on the car for me! The three of them went above and beyond any other car lot to make sure we are happy!! I will always do business with any of these three professionals!! Thank you so much Robert, Connor, and Donavan!! Jim Norton is lucky to have the three of you!
