Steer very clear of this dealership! It has been nothing but problems since I have wanted to purchase this vehicle. Started out with a deposit on march 6th with a promise of them delivering, on my dime, as soon as they were paid. Well then it was, the salesman didn’t know what he was talking about as it can’t be delivered that quickly. I said ok well how long? Mind you my birthday is march 22 and we were taking this vehicle on our trip. I was promised delivery by then, but today was told different. No plans for a delivery even though this dealership has been paid in full. Also the miles that I agreeed on were off by 800 and then they agreed to take .25 cents on per mile. As the manager just drove the car around and they didn’t bother updating paperwork I guess! Then the advertised car, you can see the tires, then thy sent me a picture of it and I zoomed in, they switched out th tires to cheap tires. I questioned it, they didn’t know how that happened but now they switched them back! Every turn has been a lie, an error or just simply “the salesman don’t know”. At this point I just want my money back, I don’t even have the vehicle. When I was searching for the Tahoe this one came up on a local search and it was what wanted, I then realized it was in Oklahoma but they do shipping. I live in Iowa! I still wanted it because it was everything I had been looking for. However this is a big sign to not purchase it but i have no idea what to do next. I reached out to the GM but no call back yet. This is clearly shady used car sales behavior and wish I never found them. The ad was on KBB website and it popped up local to me although it wasn’t. I have multiple texts and communication that I can prove to be issues

This experience was a nightmare from the jump! I went up there to purchase a vehicle the vehicle I chose hadn't been through inspection yet. So I had to wait 3 days to test drive it! When I did, I noticed the radiator hose had an hole in it. So now it takes them another 3or 4 days to fix it! So I go back up there pay my down payment and sign the contract and leave with the truck. I say about a week later I get a call saying the bank not wanting to finance the loan because the truck don't have some of the features they thought it had. So now they tell me they have a bed cover and a matt for it, which was trash! Old and dirty! But anyway we get that squared away. Then after I done had the truck for over a month, I received another call saying the bank not going to finance the loan because they call to verify employment and was told I haven't worked there since November, which was false! But instead of them asking me to verify that I was employed there at the time of purchase and see if I was gainfully employed, they said they have to get the truck back. At the time of purchasing the truck I informed the salesman I was getting a truck because I was going into business for myself! So now that I'm not going to have a truck I can no longer fulfill my obligations for my business. And Austin Nichols said why would they compensate me for lost wages because it wasn't their fault! Basically saying it's my fault! My thing is why wasn't employment verified before giving me the keys and letting me leave with the truck! So if you're smart avoid this place at all cost! The only people that lie more than a lawyer is a car salesman! Oh yeah think about this if I had possession of the vehicle for over a month and for whatever reason decided I didn't want the vehicle and say I wanted my down payment back! I wouldn't be allowed to do that! Or if I had paid my down payment and didn't want to take possession of the vehicle they could keep the down payment and the vehicle as liquidated damages, but I don't deserve some kind of compensation for inconvenience and loss wages!

Drove 2 hours to get a truck at Jim Norton. It was my first trip ever outside of Oklahoma City to purchase a truck. This dealership has lots of extra perks, comfortable lounge areas and large snack bar. I reached out to Jim Norton via phone to inquire about a truck. Once it became available Casey reached out to me. Unfortunately we weren’t able to strike a deal that day. But about a week later we struck a different deal both sides were giving a little to get a little and that really helped me feel comfortable about the process. Casey communicated the out the door price before driving out there so there wouldn’t be any surprises or frustrations. The entire process was seamless. It was clear there was a lot of behind the scene activity completed ahead of time. When we arrived Casey had the truck ready for us to test drive. We weren’t there but a few hours from beginning to end. Low pressure, low key buying experience for us. Everyone at the dealership was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Shout out to Casey and Austin (in finance). Thank you to the Jim Norton team for making this happen!

We purchased a vehicle from Jim Norton Chevrolet in May of last year, with the understanding that it would be a reliable vehicle for our family. The very next day, the check engine light came on. We later learned that the dealership had put the wrong fuel in the vehicle. Since that time, the vehicle has been back for repairs more than 10 times, with over $20,000 in repairs performed, and the vehicle is still not fixed. While the dealership did cover some of these repairs (performed through their Ford location), the problems have never been permanently resolved. Last summer, the vehicle displayed a “Drive System Malfunction” warning, raising serious safety concerns. While the dealership stated this issue was repaired, additional problems followed. The vehicle now has a broken heater hose, and it rattles and shakes while driving, further demonstrating that prior repairs have not been performed correctly or thoroughly. In January, while driving home, the vehicle began shaking badly. Upon inspection, our tires were worn down to the steel cords, despite being brand new when purchased in May. We had to purchase used tires just to safely get the vehicle back to the dealership. We were then informed that: • The tires had been mounted incorrectly, and • When shocks and struts were replaced in the fall, the vehicle was not aligned, which caused the tire failure. Despite these issues being directly tied to previous repairs and repeated failed attempts to correct the same problems, we were told we would need to pay $1,400 in diagnostic fees. As a final effort to resolve this, we spoke directly with the General Manager and requested that the deal be unwound due to the extensive repair history and ongoing safety concerns. We were informed that this was refused because the vehicle was sold as-is and because the dealership had already “put money into it.” As a result, we now have an unsafe, undriveable vehicle parked in our driveway, with an estimated additional $6,000 in repairs needed, all out of pocket. We were forced to purchase another vehicle simply to have safe transportation, creating a significant financial burden. Additionally, the warranty sold to us was not as represented. It was described as “bumper to bumper,” yet many repairs were not covered. Due to the extensive repairs already performed, we are now unable to recover any of the warranty cost, resulting in further financial loss. This review is only a summary of our experience. Based on what we have gone through, we will never purchase from this dealership or its affiliated locations again.

2026 Chevy 3500 Went into a local dealer for my first free oil change. Transmission was leaking so I called Jim Norton in BA where they told me to bring it in and they would address the transmission issue/cosmetic plastic that keeps popping out. Drove to the dealer where the lead service advisor told me it would be at least 2-3 days before they can look at it. I told him I’d like to make an appointment to come back. I was told that I could make an appointment and when I brought it back it would be 2-3 days before they could look at it. A new truck with 3,126 miles on it from Jim Norton Chevy where I bought it from. So today, I walked into a Chevy dealer 40 miles away and they fixed the issue in four hours. Two of those hours I had to wait for a lift to open up. The day after I bought the truck I brought it back for the plastic issues where I was told I’d have to leave the truck for a couple weeks before they could look at it. I had a 2020 Tundra that we bought from Jim Norton Toyota and they never could align the truck after new tires were installed. I had to take that truck elsewhere also. The sales team did their job when we bought the truck but service seems to be an issue for Jim Norton. It’s time to do some training because a JC Penny shoe salesman from the 90’s could run circles around a modern service advisor in 26.
