  They were super nice.. everything was smooth and fast. They expected to be done in a week n half almost and got done in 3-4 days. They did a pretty good job at detailing my car n I didn’t even ask for that. Good customer service. Worked well with my insurance claim

  Gerber was recommended through my insurance. The whole process was seamless. Communication was great and my car looks brand new! Hannah was wonderful to work with.

  I stopped by the Gerber location on Kenosha in Broken Arrow on Friday evening. Because of the extent of the damage to my vehicle, I had to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I was very impressed with how kind and patient the technician was. My rear window was busted, and they put plastic over it for me at no charge to help make the vehicle easier to drive. I thought this was very considerate of them. The receptionist wasn’t as friendly or welcoming, but overall my experience was still positive. I ultimately got the estimate from another body shop due to timeliness, but I wanted to acknowledge the helpful technician and the extra care they provided.

  If they say they’ll do best they can that means they’ll do nothing don’t Believe them get it in writing or go elsewhere. Not trustworthy

  Someone was texting and driving and smacked me, and led into a 4 car pile up. Anyways, I took my car here to be repaired and saw a lot of good reviews and expected it to go well. The workers are all incredibly nice and respectful and they know what they are talking about. (4 months ago) On what they did fix they did a great job, there was just a lot of things they did not do. My blinker was damaged/not working after my accident. I went to get an oil change five months later only to find out that it has not been working this entire time. They forgot to put a bulb back in it... that's all. My other issue is that a piece under my car was knocked down in the wreck(lower fender? Piece above the tire) and they did not fix it. They just... pushed the piece up and tucked it into the car. So I drove it for one day and it came back down. Great people and I do not mean to sound rude at all but I feel like a lot/some details were overlooked or not done at %100.
