We live out of state so I cannot just stop by to fix her vehicle when it breaks down. She recently had an oil change at a dealership and they broke her air filter when incorrectly installing it, causing the check engine to come on. I called Tony and asked him if I could have her stop by and get just the air filter replaced and he said absolutely! What a fantastic experience she had there. She said that everyone was professional and she felt welcome there. Not to mention that she felt that they all knew what they were doing. Thanks again Tony; Kaitlyn said that she will be coming there from now on to get her oil changes and tire rotation. The Rose for Woman's day was a bonus and she loved it! Well Done!
