  Made a reservation on January 14 told me I would get a transit on Monday January 19 got conformation number on Friday 16th in the morning Friday afternoon they called and told me no vehicle available. Treated me like I was nothing. Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with .would not recommend to anyone

  We have rented trucks from the commercial side of enterprise a few times. The customer service and care they have is exceptional. The way these guys operate their side of enterprise should be the standard for enterprise. Simple, quick and easy. This location specifically truly cares about their customers.
