- BBBecky4 days ago5.0My battery went dead in a parking lot, got a jump, and looked for an auto parts store that sold and installed batteries. Luckily for me this Auto Zone was closest because I received magnificent service there. Thomas P. greeted me as I walked in and proceeded to do everything he could to help me with my dead battery problem. He removed and then installed the battery which happened to be in a difficult location. He worked efficiently with excellent knowledge and friendly conversation. This is now my new auto parts store!

- DSDaniel S.Feb 4, 20261.0I'm leaving a review concerning the next day delivery that AutoZone has. Nothing for this specific store, never had problems here. AutoZone decided to partner with FedEx, the most horrible delivery company, to do next day deliveries of orders. I have placed an order on January 20 for an 02/ oxygen sensor and it got lost in CA. Went ahead and placed a second order for the same item and now FedEx is showing shipping out of TN but the problem is that it hasn't shipped out and the next day delivery was showing February 1 but it's now the 4th with no updates showing it has even left the origin yet. Next day delivery is a scam, better off just continue going into the store itself to buy the parts. AutoZone should get rid of their useless next day delivery. I never got a next day delivery package that I bought from AutoZone online website.
