  This is a crooked business. They offered discounted first month for 9.99 to get you to sign up and were super super aggressive with high pressure sales then make it impossible to cancel it. Telling you customer service will call to confirm but they never do. They are doing this all in hopes that it’s so hard and inconvenient to cancel you will forget about it and they keep on getting to charge you. I will never get another car wash from this company. Beware!!!!!!

  Stop by to get a car wash the other day. I was going there prior to the new company taking over. But decided to give the new company a try. Once I got to one of the workers. He started to go in his speech of selling. At the end I politely just said I would like to get the single car wash. And not the $9.99 deal to get the membership. He proceeded to ask me how often I get my car washed. I said I get you're trying to sell here, but I really just want to get the single car wash, but thank you. He proceeded to still hound me on how often I get my car washed, and said I hear you, but just tell me how often you get your car washed? He started to make me super uncomfortable with how much he was pushing, when I had told him a good four times that I just wanted the single car wash. But he wouldn't let up. I warned him, saying I'm on the edge of wanting to just leave. And then he pushed again. So then I asked him if there was a single exit, where I could just leave. He said yes, I left and didn't even get a car wash.

  I thoroughly enjoyed using your wash. From beginning to end was enlightening with employees. You can do your own vacuuming, they provide air hoses, places to hold your floor mat and vacuum, microfiber towels with neat display, to dry off your vehicle. My car looks great! Although, I noticed my engine cover on the bottom passenger side was a hanging as if the undercarriage sprayers are too high pressure and I lost my S on the back end. Kimberly was such a sweetheart going in and looking on the line for it. I left my number if you find it! Do you have spray bottles to clean inside windows?? Thanks!!! $9.99 monthly membership until this Sunday 11.9.25!!!!

  Signed up for a new introductory deal of unlimited washes. I've been 3 times and the wash is very nice. Doesn't have that strong fruity or floral scent other washes have. There is a portion on the rear that doesn't get as clean due to the fin on the top of the car. The sensors are triggered and lift up to prevent damage and causes that area to be less cleaned. I'm able to fix that with the supplied clean towels available in the free vacuum area. The vacuum suction is strong. The workers are incredibly friendly and helpful.

  Really cool and unique car wash In a market saturated with other car washes. Fun family vibe. 1) Does an incredible job cleaning the car and then 2) there are cool lights and a cartoon duck projected on the windshield during the wash…. My kids made me go through two times in two different cars bc it was so fun. Ha! :-) 3) Has all the benefits of a top notch car wash, free towels, free air, clean, and nice facilities with a positive and motivated staff. CAMDEN & the crew are doing an amazing job! Thank you!!
