- MMMorganDec 27, 20231.0gas pump #11 held my card hostage for over 1h during my 20m lunch break. It took 20m to get ahold of any form of management and it was a phone call with the GM Brian who said he was out of town and busy but to leave my phone # and I will get a call when my card comes out. I asked him how he could guarantee my card would come out he said there wasn’t and only provided #’s for corporate that I had already tried calling and didn’t work. Extreme lack of service and management skills. The younger male clerk that helped me and got my card out by calling a different stores manager and using tools deserves a raise he acted appropriately unlike his supervisors.
