  I bought some magnetic trailer lights for my trailer. I was a bit upset that they had pretty short pieces of wire making them difficult to get to where I needed them. My trailer is made of angle iron and one of the magnets came loose and it was dragged which ruined it. This was pretty frustrating as they are made for that application. I called the store hoping that the defective magnet would be covered. It was not. BUT THE STORE HELPED ME OUT STILL! Zachary and the district manager worked with me and got me a discount on another set of lights without magnets. They were kind and went the extra mile when they didn't have to. I know the store had no control over what happened and I was willing to accept that. I truly appreciate the down to earth way they work. Help when we can and even if we can't refund that item let's try to help in another way. Thank you guys. You have proven to me again and again why Autozone in Bixby is my store.

  Had to replace a dead battery miles from home. Forgot the guy's name, but he was very helpful in getting me a good battery and loaning me some tools to get running again. Even came out and gave me a hand fitting it into its tight spot. Great customer service.

  Trying to get wiper blades that are compatible with my vehicle. Not once was I asked if needed to help finding the correct ones after returning ones that didn’t work with my vehicle. Once the young kid found some that “might” work he rings them up. In this case, proper customer experience should have been “would you like help putting them on?” But I wasn’t offered once so I attempted to do it myself. There were two little components inside the blade package. I don’t know what connects to what. Frustrated overall with the lack of customer support inside, I decided to refund the “might work” blades and took my business elsewhere. Quite a few incompetent young boys running this place today, 1/31/26.

  Monday, January 26, 2026 📍12009 S Memorial Dr, Bixby,OK 74008 I recently was a customer, Zachary Allison at AutoZone, and I must say, his expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Zachary went above and beyond by personally changing the battery in my 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport SUV. His in-depth knowledge of auto parts, combined with his ability to clearly explain complex issues, made my visit exceptionally productive. He offered helpful advice and suggestions that saved me time and money. Zachary's friendly demeanor and willingness to assist make him a standout sales manager. AutoZone is fortunate to have him, and I highly recommend anyone seeking auto parts to seek out Zachary for an outstanding customer experience. Thanks again. Will be back soon. Five stars across the board.
