  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. They worked with two different insurance companies to help get my car repaired while the at-fault party’s insurer caused significant delays and complications. Despite the frustrations, the team went above and beyond to make sure both my car and I were taken care of throughout the process. They communicated clearly, advocated on my behalf, and moved quickly once approvals were in place. I’m especially grateful they were able to coordinate with my insurance to prevent my vehicle from being totaled and instead restore it. Tyler was phenomenal. He handled communication between the insurance companies and me with professionalism, patience, and calm — even when the situation was stressful. His support made a difficult process much easier to navigate. Joel, who completed the repairs and reassembly, did outstanding work getting my car back together and looking great. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do, I will absolutely return to this location. Thank you for your professionalism, persistence, and quality work.

  Gerber Collision in Bethany made repairing my car such a wonderful experience! From getting the estimate done, to scheduling the repairs, receiving weekly updates via text, their coordination with the car rental agency and insurance, and pick-up - I can't thank their team enough. Jennifer is the absolute sweetest and the guys were awesome! It did take a little longer than expected, but their work quality, friendliness and honesty speaks for itself.

  They told me 3 different times that my car would be finished and 3 different times it wasn't. I just wanted a for sure date it would be done so I could set up a ride and by the time it was actually done I had to spend 40 dollars on lyfts because I would book a driver and then cancel it once they said it wouldn't be finished.

  Excellent work very reassuring, they ensured all concerns were answered prior to doing anything on the vehicle and addresses concerns after the repair. Would definetly recommend them.
