I called the Headquarters for Quick Trip and instantly the man I spoke with was willing to help make it right, even allowing me to visit a local Quick Trip to make everything alright. The young Lady behind the counter was very beautiful, friendly and helpful. She smiled and handed me double what I anticipated. I was so very shocked to say the least! I Thank You both for an extremely pleasant experience. My best friend and I have always shopped with Quick Trip whenever possible because their stores are always clean and you never have to wonder if the restrooms are clean. Fantastic service, cleanliness and smiles that help make a trip more pleasant, why would be stop anywhere else!?!
- RHRebel HernandezFeb 1, 20261.0Let me just tell you you go in there to go to the restroom when you have small children and they have the thing closed where it says restroom is closed then the cashier wants to sit and laugh about it with the employee that's supposed to be cleaning the restroom which wasn't cleaning the restroom and they both start laughing as we walk back to the front doors so we just left without getting anything that to me is very bad customer service
