- FBFrabella BJun 26, 20251.0You ever been belittled by a QT worker? Well go see Shadie at this QT. 2x receipt not working at pump. I ask for complimentary drink. She said I have no reason for complaint because all pump receipt not working and no one complains but me. Im not everyone, I have 2 dogs in car and have to turn on car to waste gas with a/c on to go fetch my receipt. She says company won't let them put signs. Poor customer service. The 2nd time the Manager couldn't find the coupons.

First refuses to give me things I’m trying to buy . Hold on to my id like I’m going to just walk out with items unpaid for. And now refusing to even service me. I dropped the id thing a few months back after it happened. Haven’t said much to the woman in my whole life. But after today they will not have my service or support.
