  When I went in asking for gas on pump 4, the person at the register gave me a look that told me he did not want to help me in the slightest. Immediately went to the phillips gas station

  Kyle C is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers when me and my parents were trying to get a simple milkshake the kitchen worker had left it sitting there for so long while he started doing someone else’s order that ordered after me it was straight milk we kept trying to talk to him about it he was ignoring us and it was loud so my dad raised his voice slightly saying hey can we see the milkshake it has been sitting there for awhile it’s liquidy and he just turned around and shook the cup at us trying to say it wasn’t but you could literally see it splashing all over his hand and then that’s when Kyle C interrupted being loud grabbing everyone in qts attention to look at us and being extremely rude and disrespectful talking to my father like he was a child didn’t ask us what was wrong didn’t even ask the kitchen worker what happened everything was fine but he started being rude and degrading my father me and my mother for apparently having an “attitude” telling us to leave just bc we didn’t want a milkshake that had been sitting on the counter for so long we tried explaining and he kept ignoring us calling us liars saying he seen what happened but he didn’t he was cashing ppl out wasn’t even near us didn’t ask us or the worker what happened only assumed and got a power trip when my mother said she was going to report him and asked for his name he was laughing and smirking for such a big company and having to train out of town you think you’d hire better ppl. We go to that quicktrip daily sometimes multiple times a day won’t be back imagine treating your customers like crap on Christmas too 🤦🏻‍♀️

  It was a loud store on Christmas Day. I asked the guy making the milkshakes, if I could see them, because they looked really watery, he had left them sitting there for a while while he helped somebody else. He could not hear me. So I repeated, excuse me, several times he still didn't answer me. So I said, Hey, Hey, kinda loud and then a guy came from behind the register. And basically told me I was being aggressive. And rude and kicked me out of the store said he'd call the cops on me. And then I wasn't going to talk to his kids like that. I don't know what I did wrong. I didn't want a watery milkshake, you know that looked like straight milk. No, I didn't want my daughter to have one.I didn't want my wife to have one.I don't think I was rude

  Going downhill. Every fountain drink station was out of order.

  The women’s restroom is small, dirty, the door doesn’t lock (I was walked in on TWICE!!) the soap dispenser also fell out of the wall.
