Fog light that was replaced doesnt work. Battery cover was broke and left next to the battery Don't like leaving bad reviews but this was something in their control that could of been prevented
- GCGrace CarterDec 1, 20251.0I have never had the best experience as far as customer service goes. However, they really messed up when my mom had hail damage repaired. They had her car for a month and would not call her with an update. Their paint guy wasn't available and they stated he has another job in Ponca so we waited on him for a while. Only to get her car back with broken pieces inside the vehicle to which they said oh sorry we forgot to tell you we ordered the replacement and it was on back order itll be here in a week. A week goes by, still no call, so we call and they say they ordered it. Not to mention the additional 80 miles on her car after we dropped it off. She's retired. I pick her up everywhere we go. She doesnt even drive 80 miles in a month. They stated we had no proof since the mileage on the quote was prior to drop off. Take pictures of everything. They did a horrible job and left damage that was not their prior to drop off. Horrible customer service.
